We offer a 180 day return period for all unused items in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
Please note that certain items such as scratch & dent items, special order parts and software may not be eligible for return.

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe return of the items as well as all associated shipping costs.
GERSpeed will cover return shipping expenses and provide a shipping label under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Parts*
  • Incorrect Parts*

*Please note that a return has to be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery to request a damaged or incorrect parts return.

Customers are responsible for a 15% restocking fee, covering original order processing expenses, as well as original shipping (even if not originally charged).
GERSpeed will waive all fees under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Parts*
  • Incorrect Parts*

*Please note that a return has to be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery to request a damaged or incorrect parts return.

A return will be inspected and issued a refund within 7 business days of receipt.
All refunds will be processed and issued to the original method of payment.
If a refund, for any valid reason, can not be issued to the original payment source, funds will be returned via company check.
Alternatively, customers can also request a store credit.

All orders placed include a standard insurance policy.
Please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving a damaged order to qualify for a damaged return and replacement.
Depending on the order and cricumstances, claims may be handled by either GERSpeed, the manufacturer or the shipping carrier.

Please contact us if you believe that your order has been lost by the shipping carrier.
If tracking information shows an item as delivered, we recommend checking in with neighbors and the delivery personnel as well as your local mail hub.
It is ultimately the customer's responsibility to secure a package upon delivery.
